i don’t like today for 3 reasons
1) its hot as fuck
2) my dogs are worrying me to death cause they’re scared and
3) you got everyday people out here fuckin with low-grade explosives like nothings wrong with that shit
i can’t tell the fireworks from the thunder from the possible gunshots
we are in a wooded apartment complex this shit is residential

We had an awesome July 4th! We went over to Bond park, had some fun on the playground, then walked down to the real fun! There was lots of treats, games, competitions, and awards! We sat in the shade and ate shaved ice and Ro kept on eye on all the other kids. She’s so social! Then we went to Panera Bread and she sat in the highchair for the first time ever today. SHe loved it and we tore of some bread and she played with it and actually got some into her mouth haha. Then we went over to Buy Buy Baby and got some baby-proofing items and some beach things. We got UV baby tent, a baby lawn chair (which is freakin precious) and a weatherproof baby seat. it kinda looks like a walker, but it’s stationary. It’s everything proof, and has a mat under her feet so if the ground is rough or hot, her feet won’t be affected.
All in all it’s been a great and VERY hot day! 100 degrees even in the morning!

Ro at the pool for the first time. She looks so mad!!! She was both half asleep, and angry that the sun was in her eyes. But he DID have her baby shades :)
