i eat two standing in the kitchen
what do i do with the rest!? I dont believe in waste but CMON MAN

DInner Last night: Mediterranean burger patties, home made tziche, and brown rice.
Lunch today: Fruit and cheese combo.
DInner: Fresh Pesto chicken with whole wheat noodles
Lunch 8/30: Hard boiled egg with fruit and vegetables
DInner 8/30: Chicken breast with peppers and home made potato thins
That’s about as far as I got.
I had a toaster strudel (I never buy them, this was the first time in YEARS) for breakfast. My kid had Quinoa with mashed bananas, mashed peaches, and steel cut oats. I also gave her a couple yogurt melts and freeze dried carrots pieces.
I eat terribly sometimes. I am overall very well educated on food and the impact it has on our bodies, but sometimes, I guess i do choose taste over nutrition and convenience over quality. I try to minimize the about of times per month this happens, but coming back from the beach ( a fantastic place of Nutty Bars for the kids that went, fresh local seafood and produce for us grown ups, and just an IMMENSE array of quick-and terrible-snacks) and going straight to the grocery store was bad news. I bought Spaghetti-o’s for shits sake! You are literally better off eating a heaping table spoon of lard. But they taste good, and my vacation got me stuck in the “if it’s good, eat it” mindset, which I NEED to break quickly!
So the hotel has a cute kitchen, so I bought all the materials I need to make a whole wheat rotini and chicken breast in pesto with some broccoli. I’m making everything from scratch so I feel good about that meal.
But there is a tub of cookie dough in the fridge
and I bought a pack of Nutty Butters.
I’m not weighing myself, I’m measuring. I don’t want to be a certain weight, I want to look a certain way.
100 elbow-to-knee crunches, 40 toe touches, 3 20 second wall sits, 100 high knees, 100 smal arm circles, and 20 circular lunges.
Broke a sweat!
And I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH IT. I love avacados in sushi, but i’ve never had it any other time. And i’m hungry again and I want it cause it’s savory…..help?
I cut up a whole orange, a half an apple, and a kiwi for snack. I’m glad I did, I was starving!!!
