”You can’t be friends with people who call after 11pm. The last four years of your psychoanalysis are a waste of money. The plane is not going to crash. Anything you think is wrong with your body at the age of thirty-five you will be nostalgic for at the age of forty-five. Write everything down. Take more pictures. You can’t own too many black turtle neck sweaters. The reason you’re waking up in the middle of the night is the second glass of wine. If the shoe doesn’t fit in the shoe store, it’s never going to fit. There are no secrets. Back up your files. Over tip. Never let them know. If only one third of your clothes are a mistake, you’re ahead of the game. You can order more than one dessert.”

On tonights menu: Creamy cheesy chicken and rice.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup (some scary shit here folks)
2 cans of chicken stock (or broth. Whatever.)
1 can of gold and white corn
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1-2lbs of chicken (breast, thigh, do what feels right)
1-2 cups of Minute Rice
minced garlic
black pepper

Here is a photo of some of the things. I forgot to take it before I added most of the items…
Mix everything and 2 tsp of minced garlic together. Withhold 1 can of stock, rice, and cheese.

Set you crock-pot on high. Add half of the cheese.

Let cook for 4 hours. Retain the 1 can of chicken stock for when you add in your rice. There should be 1-2 cups of liquid when you add your rice depending on how much you choose to use. If there is not enough liquid, measure out more stock. Add rice within the last 10 minutes of cooking. Top with remainder of cheese.
Ta-da!
Deliciousness all in your mouth.
You’re welcome.
