Why mommy eats ramen for dinner every night
Bug has been on Enfamil Gentlease since we’ve had her on formula, so for about 4 weeks now. (May I stress how much fromula we’ve bought already…it’s ridiculous) But we keep getting tubs of Similac Advanced in the mail. I signed up for Playtex, Enfamil, Similac, Gerber, and a few other big names’ websites when I was pregnant. If you haven’t done so you really should. Playtex sends us bottles and coupons, Gerber and Similac keep sending full size tubs of formula and pre-made nursers like they give you in the hospital, and Enfamil are a bunch of stingy bastards who never send anything except a e-mail newsletter about some rich white bitch and her baby and how happy they are and omg omg omg snuggles.
But back to my point.
I’ve had anywhere from 3 to 5 tubs of various formulas laying around for quite some times now, and I keep trying to push them off onto other formula feeding moms. But then I had a thought. I should try using some! Maybe she’ll be fine, right!? It’s bountiful and free and it’s free. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, it’s free.
Well long story short, I fed her about 3 times of the Similac Advanced, she screamed after the second feeding well into the next day, and the became so constipated and gassy it took her 3 days to poop an ungodly amount of poo. So all in all, I will continue to bleed money because my sweet baby bug will take neither breast milk, or any other brand of (free) formla.
Oh, bug. You could have atleast chosen the brand that sends coupons.
